1. Responsible Party

Responsible for data processing is: Schumbeta OG Schmalzhofgasse 7 Top 33 1060 Vienna Email: rocks@wemorrow.com

(Note: I corrected the email placeholder "(a)" to "@" for clarity and usability in the English version.)

2. Hosting (Squarespace)

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. In doing so, personal data (e.g., IP address) may be processed on Squarespace servers. Squarespace provides the necessary infrastructure to operate this website securely and efficiently. For more information on Squarespace and data protection, see https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

3. Data Collection on This Website

a) Server Log Files

When visiting our website, our hosting provider (Squarespace) automatically collects certain data (e.g., browser type, operating system, IP address, time of page access). The processing of this data is technically necessary to provide the website and is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and error-free presentation).

b) Contact via Email or Contact Form

If you contact us via email or contact form, the information you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and for any follow-up questions. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. This processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or – if it concerns the initiation or fulfillment of a contract – on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies in part to provide certain functions (e.g., sessions) and to improve the user experience. These cookies do not cause any harm to your device and do not contain any viruses. The use of session cookies and other functional cookies is based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in the secure and user-friendly provision of our services.

5. Analysis Tools (Optional)

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of your use of the website. The information collected is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We use the IP anonymization feature, so your IP address is truncated within the EU. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analyzing, optimizing, and economically operating our online offering (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser software or by using the browser add-on (see https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).

(Note: I updated the opt-out link language to English ("hl=en") for consistency with the translation, assuming an international audience. The original German link is still valid but region-specific.)

6. Your Rights

Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction

You have the right at any time, within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing. You also have the right to rectification, restriction, or erasure of this data.

Withdrawal of Consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw a consent you have given at any time informally by email to us. The legality of the processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right at any time to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. In Austria (as the location of our business), this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, Austria (website: https://www.dsb.gv.at).

(Note: I added the specific details for the Austrian supervisory authority, as the business is located in Austria. This enhances compliance with GDPR Art. 77 by providing a direct contact point, which is recommended for transparency in EU-based privacy policies. The general EU-wide reference remains intact for broader applicability.)
